For the first time in many many years there was a big snow in Nashville. Joc and I were house/dog sitting for his parents. On Friday, 4 inches of snow fell then that night another 4 inches of snow/sleet! We woke up Saturday morning to a blanket of white covering the golf course in the backyard. No plow trucks came through so we were stuck in the house thanks to our 4 cylinder Hondas. I can’t complain….it was lovely. We sat it the hot tub as the snow fell and caught up. It was a whirlwind of a week so some quiet time was appreciated!
The pups had no clue what to do with all of that snow. It was hard on top (thanks sleet) so they didn’t sink in. They just glided on top and I’m sure it was FREEZING on their little paws. They were so funny to watch…and quick to run back into the house.
I enjoyed the snow for a little, but it made it hard to get home to Knoxville on Sunday. Luckily I made it back safe and sound… Here’s the wonderful Collignon home in the beautiful snow!
