If you like lunches you can just grab and go, then I have a great one for you! Easy, filling, delicious and healthy (SCORE!)
Get out a microwavable container (I use glass).
Dump in a bag of frozen veggies. I used Lightly Seasoned Asian Veggies since I love the crunch baby corn (YUM)
Add in 1/4 cup drained and rinsed canned black beans
Top with 2 TBSP of Ty Ling’s Orange Citrus Sauce (also good for stir fry)

Put back in the freezer until you are ready to eat. Microwave/stir at every 1 minute until all veggies are warm and yummy. ENJOY!!!
