“Healthier” Cheez-It Chicken


  • 8 chicken tenders
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 3 cups reduced fat Cheez-Its, crushed


  1. Crush the Cheez-Its by placing them in a large ziploc bag and rolling over them with a rolling pin.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375. Roll the chicken tenders in the sour cream and then in the Cheez-It crumbs. Place them in a baking dish.
  3. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

No butter. No full fat items…

Healthy? Semi. Healthier? Fo sho!
