Tangy Kale Salad

This salad converted 4 non-kale people into kale lovers! Score!

Tangy Kale Salad


  • 1/2 giant bag of Glory Kale Greens (1 bag = 16 oz)
  • 1/8 C EVOO (yes, I said it)
  • 1/4 C fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 C fresh grated parmesan
  • 1/4 C slivered almonds
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1-2 tsp red pepper flakes


  1. Mix everything in a giant bowl. Serve at room temperature.

Makes 4 decent sized servings. I ate one serving with a 1/2 cottage cheese on the side as dinner. Would be great served with chicken or salmon.
